Happy 250th Birthday, America

Burros for Heroes participated in the Olive Hill, Kentucky 4th of July Parade as part of the community celebration of America’s 250th birthday.

Because of the summer heat, Holly and Molly stayed home where they could stay cool and comfortable. The mission still made the trip, giving us a chance to meet people, answer questions, and share what Burros for Heroes is being built to do.

It was a meaningful day of patriotism, community connection, and humble service as we continue building support for Veterans, families, first responders, and rescued animals.
